The Blue Zones teach us something inconvenient: you can't biohack your way out of a misaligned life. You can't supplement away chronic stress. You can't buy your way to peace. You need to live in alignment with who you truely are.
Step 1: Assess your chronic stress load
Ask yourself honestly:
Am I living a life that's truly mine, or someone else's version of what I should be?
Do I have at least one person I can be completely myself around?
Do I wake up with a sense of purpose, or just obligations?
Am I regularly overriding my body's signals to rest, eat, or slow down?
If multiple answers concern you, you've identified a risk factor for chronic stress.
Step 2: Reduce one source of inner resistance
You don't have to quit your job or move cities tomorrow. But identify one source of persistent friction and take one small step toward resolution.
